Anyway.
I’m back and podcasting again now that a few things havve been taken care of. sorry about the two week delay, and thanks for sticking with me through it.
I’m doing a series of podcasts about The Martian Manhunter over this next week and this show is the first in that series. I really hope that you all dig it.

Neil,
Glad you’re back. I really liked what you did with the Martian Manhunter. I didn’t know much about him but I think you really made him a lot more interesting. Great job! Looking forward to parts 2&3.
Neil - glad to see you back.
I enjoyed your work on The Flash, and love what you’re doing with J’onn.
This may be more peripheral, but he is one of the leads in Alan Grant’s new novel “Last Sons,” along with Lobo and Superman. The book is the first in the new DC Universe line of novels.
I finished it about a week and a half ago, and enjoyed Grant’s take on the Manhunter. He portrayed J’onn as the strong character he is. Roger Stern also took on the Manhunter in last year’s Superman/JLA novel “The Never-Ending Battle,” where we got a slightly different, yet consistent take on J’onn.
I got that sense of awe that you talked about from people in the Southern Hemisphere, though they were working in Alaska.
The biggest thing I have to say that I get from the Manhunter is his wisdom. I sense that he is more mature, and more wise than all of the other members of the League, and as such is looked to as that sort of mentor that even the big guns need from time to time.
